I can honestly say that when i first walked into the dealership I was very apprehensive. Anytime you are looking to make a large purchase you have to be on your "A game" or you can easily get sucked into the BS. In walking into the dealership my husband and I were immediatley greeted at the door by Alan Stern, Alan was very knowlegeable about the car we wanted and was able to provide us facts on the purchase we were considering. He was very personable and not at all pretenious. We enjoyed his laid back attitude and he made us very comfortable. We later met with Robert DiCicco, who went WAY above his duty by coming in on his day off to help us with our financing and offered us a better solution to the problem we had. That to me shows extreme dedication when you take the time (on your day off) to help a customer. Chris Hallenberg was another sales person that assisted us (as Alan was new) and he was also very knowledgeable, personable and kind. I didn't get the feeling that we were being "tricked" into believing this is how they act on a day-to-day basis but I truly believe the reason they have been so successful is because of the attitude and exceptional customer service that they provide. It's very rare that you met a group of people who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and content with your purchase. I even received a follow-up call to see how I was enjoying my new purchase!! I will recommed this dealership to all my family and friends!
