Never have I heard of a company with a "don't call us, I'll call you" policy when you want to check on the status of your repair. For me being the customer, he made me feel as though I was constantly bothering him for checking in on my repair. He has a "leave me a message and I'll call you back" policy when you call him number. Guess what? You won't get a call back for weeks.
