My boyfriend and I have been renting from Yamber Real Estate & Property Management for close to two years now and have never had an issue with them/ We were won over with their easy pet policy--$100 nonrefundable for cats and $200 for dogs. The building we live in is old, but when we moved in there was new, clean carpeting, a new refridgerator, and fresh paint. Any time we have ever had a maintenance issue, etc., it has been taken care of promptly. While I do know that Yamber owns multiple properties, the one I live in is just fine for being older... I can't speak for any other of their locations, of course.
