Good customer service, good products, fair prices, business stands behind what they sell, friendly staff. Their manager is a Glock and Colt AR armorer and gets work done in a matter of days - not months. All work is guaranteed. Law enforcement personnel who are on duty get immediate assistance so they can get back on the road. Their prices may not be the lowest, but they are fair and the professonal knowledge and assistance received is worth every penney to me. I particularly like NOT being pushed into higher priced products I can't afford or don't want like most gun shops. I like their overall positive attitude - not at all pretentious.
