After receiving my merchandise and after about 5 months I had a problem with one of the hinges. I called NYKB to consult with them on how to solve this problem. The day after, someone came to my home to evaluate the problem. The following week they already came to install the broken hinge with no additional charge. Today I’m very happy with my custom glass doors, while I’m considering redoing my 2nd bathroom, I would definitely consider hiring NYKB to do the project. "
