There is honestly nothing I can think of that could make things better at La Novita. The staff is always professional and polite. I love when I walk in and the person at the front desk knows my name and my routine at La Novita. I am always treated like a member of their family instead of just a client. They have all the needed services, the relaxing atmosphere without the stuffiness of your typical Spa.
