I had a emergency tooth problem. cracked molar,and severe pain....wasnt from out here(north carolina) and I called several well reviewed dentists...Dr.Velma cooper(and her excellent and helpful staff) was able too sched. me a appointment within a hour of my call.. next, i didnt have dental insurance(naturally,i was worried about the expense of what i needed to have done) when I explained my situation, they were understanding and reasonable with the total costs, and they did my dental work with professionalism and I could tell they cared about the work they were doing... the Office was very NEAT & CLEAN(exceeded my expectations,for a dental office).. Dr.velma Cooper was friendly,and organzied, considerate of my time(I was in and out,even though she had several other patients and I just walked..... If your in North carolina,not just durham but anywhere. in the state,I promise she is worth the drive..thank you dr.cooper..i can actually chew my food again... : )
