I just wanted to let you know about my experience with your service department and specifically, Cathy. Every time I go to McGrath, I have a very pleasant experience. But, this last experience exceeds them all. From the minute I arrived, someone was there to greet me and help. Working with Cathy was a great experience and I learned quite a bit about my TSX. She was very informative, friendly, honest, and treated me with dignity (unlike many other car experiences I've had.) I very much enjoyed driving the loaner car and it was immaculate. My car was serviced in a very timely manner and it was even ready for pick-up hours before I initially anticipated. So, I wanted to sincerely thank you and your staff. I can easily take my car to another Acura dealership (there's one 5 minutes away from me), but I will continue to go to you, where I know quality service is a given and guaranteed.
