Kitchen Options of New England promised delivery of a pre-paid order during a specific week and it was delayed by three weeks. They made no attempt to contact me during that time to explain. All the contact was initiated by me. When a final date was confirmed for delivery, it was canceled after the date arrived and rescheduled for the following week. I left a message for Mr. Lentini to call back and was promised a call back the following business day. When he hadn't called by 1:30pm, I called him. All he did was confirm that the delivery would happen the next day as now scheduled. He blamed the delivery company and made no attempt to make amends or to try to satisfy me. I suggested he could offer me a reduced price or some other incentive as a good will gesture and he said that if I hadn't asked for that, he might have, but now wouldn't. That may explain why I asked for a phone call and didn't get that, either. Very disatisfied with Kitchen Options treatment of the customer.
