: Lance gave me the best service I have ever had at a car dealership. He not only is taking care of some car matters for me, but he is taking my car to a window tint spot for me. Because of Lance, my life got much easier because I was able to drop off my car and get everything fixed. I additionally was able to get the service right when I want to. This is the first VW dealership that I actually really like the service team. I feel totally great that I now have a service technician that I can trust to get the work done and who will help me get my car fixed anywhere even if the VW dealership can't do it. Nice Job Lance!
