Good: Dr. Bender was very kind and informative abut my pets illness. He and his staff are friendly and helpful. The office also has an answering service, not an answering machine, so when I needed Dr. Bender one evening, he called me right back! What other vet hospital does that????
The people who work there seem to genuinely care about me and my pet.. Bad: It is a small office and its in a shopping center so I try not to schedule my appointments around lunchtime as there are a number of restaurants nearby.. Other: I had been to two other vets when my older dog had an illness. They put Muffin on antibiotics and nothing happened. Dr. Bender did the right tests and diagnosed her illness when others couldn't..
