i took my '09 Murano LE in for a few minor repairs. Sylvester, service manager, was very courteous and upfront with prices for all service. I had just had the car serviced at jiffy lube and he found that the oil plug had been damaged and was leaking and the air filter box had not been reattached properly causing the car to be sluggish and noisy. This was done at no charge. I was pleased with the service and will return.
