Last summer I had the pleasure of working with Richard P. when originally my hot water faucet in the bathtub wouldn't turn off and was pouring hot water down the drain. Richard fixed that right up - even going out separately to find another type of faucet handle. At the time he recommended updating my plumbing to the tub and that he could also have a new tub surround installed with only a couple of days of down time. Wow - that sounded great and even better it was true. Richard was absolutely the epitome of great service - he brought me samples of the rubbed bronze fixtures I was too busy to shop for myself. He accommodated my schedule as well - coming at 5pm on a Saturday evening or 7am on a Monday morning. In all he coordinated a beautiful bathroom remodel including the installation of a bathroom fan. Thank you for the great service and I will be calling again whenever the need arises (hopefully not too soon!!)Thanks
