Good: Nothing! Okay, the guy was friendly, but he did seem a bit phony, like his sincerity was staged.. Bad: How many times I had to call back to have the work done right! Their name is NOT very correct.. Improvements: Better work done the first time! I don't have time and patience to have a contractor return to do a job right!. Other: His workers are paid under the table, and often never even paid! I heard this directly from a few of his workers!.
