I have never had a problem with the service, but it would be nice to get to see the same face behind the counter for more than a few months, I have seen several come and go and is frustrating to always get to know an employee just to see a new person the next time I come in and to find out the other person is no longer there. And that is the reason for giving 3 stars instead of 5.
