I realize there are mucho negative reviews regarding this place, and I told Jack that after I had my ipod adapter for factory stereo installed....I was skeptical after reading all these negative reviews, but after being there, I got the vibe that I should just take the chance...cause everyone deserves a second chance. They (Issac the installer) did an excellent job, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I was treated with respect and they installed the adapter right then and there in an hour and a half. It looked as though my stereo face had never been touched. Adapter works great and it was an in-and-out job. Give these guys a chance
