We have been extremely pleased with the customer service from this company. They have gone above and beyond on many separate occasions, sometimes not even charging us for minor repairs needed on our furnace. Whenever we have needed a service tech, they have sent someone right away, within a few hours of our phone call, which is very appreciated when you don't have heat in your house due to a malfunctioning furnace.
