My car started making loud noises on my way to Raleigh, NC on Christmas eve. The day after Christmas I started making calls for car repair and tried to avoid dealerships. The only place that could take my car was Southern States Mazda. They diagnosed the problrm immediately as an illm fitting catalytic converter that I had replaced and the converter was about to fall off, but they would try to bolt it in place until I could get home and take the car back to my car repqair person. Service tech told me that he would not feel right recharging me for another converter. Techs worked on my car until they felt the converter was secured enough for me to make the trip home--the charge was minimal as they explained that they used soine parts available in the shop.----If I lived in NC-Southern states Mazda is the first place I would go to when looking for a car
