We have bought at least ten major appliances over the years at Cummins and have always been more than pleased with the sales help and the delivery. They carry only reliable brands, no junk, and their sales people know their stuff. They are friendly and helpful without being pushy. The showroom is bright and clean and you are always welcome to just look. We always got delivery within a few days of purchase and the delivery people always showed up right on time. They used to take the old appliance away for an extra $10 (ask about this in case it has changed recently). HIGHLY recommended.
