While visiting New Orleans we looked for a special restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday the food was good but the owner/manager was rude and demonstrated he did not come close to meeting his business model. He spoke of how the reason he is in business is to provide a dining experience to remember. We sure will remember how poor our experience was wishing we had dined at one of the many other outstanding restaurants in the French Quarter.
