I ADORE Dr. Mateyak and am sorry that she's retiring at the end of the year. She's always been able to handle, diagnose and treat my cat who is euphemistically described as "fractious." I find the staff really friendly and knowledgeable. A big plus is that I can communicate with them by email which is better than playing phone tag and being on hold. My only moan is that they're pricey but Dr. Mateyak has been such a lifeline to my little savage that it was worth it. Oh yeah, I LOVE their iMacs!
