5 stars really isn't enough to give my agent, Michael Schafer of Findwell.
He is amazing. Outstanding. So incredibly badass that I barely have words to describe it. There's no doubt in my mind that, without him, I would've have been able to do this the way I did.
He helped me sort through properties that fit my criteria, which was a task in and of itself. I was really looking to get the most bang for my dollar, and in the $150k range, there's a lot of crap that had to be sorted out of the mix to find the ones that were even potentially a good buy.
Since this is my first rodeo, I had a ton of questions at pretty much every stage of the process. Michael always responded quickly, and if he didn't have the information immediately, he found out what I needed to know.
He even went out and took a ton of detailed pictures so I could get the best idea of what the house was actually like remotely. He pointed out things that I would have never known to look for, and dealt with me honestly about the quality and condition of the various houses I had him trudge out to. I never felt any pressure at all to move forward with a property I wasn't 100% comfortable with.
Micheal, and Findwell, will definitely be the object of my regards whenever the subject comes up, and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else next time I decide to buy, or sell. I can't imagine being more satisfied with my first experience with a real estate agent than I am.
