So, we finally hit the Bakehouse for dinner and I HAD to document. Our wiggity-WHACK dinner menu: FABULOUS Mushroom, Spinach & Swiss Quiche. Large, very fresh, above-par dinner salads. South Austin. Beef Wellington, Loaded Baked Potato, & Veggies and...wait for it Morrocaan Cous Cous! The latter (cous cous) was a little soggy, but the spices were spot-on and the veggies, nuts, and raisins was steamed to perfection. They also great you with a warm, honey wheat loaf that was delish! Did I mention our total tab was less than $30? Plain and simple: It's completely unpretentious, bizzarley-beautiful home style food!
