My a/c had stopped working so I called Sunset Air. The guy was really friendly when I called, and since their price was reasonable (was 3rd company I called) I went ahead and booked with them.
They were very careful about not tracking dirt into my home, and I was pleasantly surprised by the bill - only the diagnostic fee plus parts - no additional hourly rate was added on. A very pleasant experience. Thank you
