Both Craig and Joe are very friendly and professional. In fact, Joe sold us our previous Sonata. They answered questions and Craig stayed w/ us until we figured out how to work to BT on our phone. We appreciate their willingness to consider our "offer" and work w/ us until we could agree w/o being demanding or applying pressure (or other unpleasant sales tactics) We would recommend them to anyone!
