We bought the bike ('07 YZF R1) at GP Sports, and have serviced it there too.
Their service department has been excellent, every time I take the bike for service they always go above an beyond of what is scheduled. They take the time to answer any questions you have and will also let you know if there's anything else that might need to be done without any pressure to do it, but they'll explain the issue in detail.
I can confidently recommend GP Sports Service department any day.
