I just bought a brand new civic at this dealership and had a great experience. My salesman was Clark Overstreet, we went to him first earlier this month when we were still shopping around for different makes and models. He took a lot of time to show us all the details of several different cars, even though we assured him we were not buying that day. there were no high-pressure sales techniques whatsoever. When i came back, ready to buy, he gave me a good price, and there were many cars on the lot to choose from (I had been to a dealership that offered a price that was only slightly below the deal i got at hoehn, but had only one car in the wrong color. absolutely nothing to choose from. I plan to drive my car for many years and want the one i buy to be the perfect one for me). We easily found the car i wanted when we went back to hoehn, and were able to test drive the exact car before purchasing. we were completely happy with it. Paperwork was painless and we were in and out of the dealership fairly quickly. Clark showed me how to work every single button and feature in my new car before i left. And when i left, he waited for me to drive off the lot and waved as I was leaving. We felt like he took good care of us, and we got a good deal on the perfect car for me.
