I was very impressed with Ashes Away. I called requesting a chimney cleaning and installation of a cap. They had an opening later the same day and arrived on time. I was impressed with there knowledge and professionalism. Being a fireplace novice I was impressed with how much time they took to answer all my questions concerning fireplace operation. I will recomend ashes away to my friends and family and use them for future chimney cleanings.
