I am on the other side of this coin. I own a home there in Tyler, and every time there was a matience issue I was informed. with in a reasonable amount of time I was sent the repair bills from the company that fixed the problem. I have been with CPM every since the started up in 1977. I am happy to say they have been a godsend as I live too far away to have continued the upkeep and maitenence on my property.
