Sooo, I realize this is a common theme here. The Sales Associates at this store are abominable. They treat customers harshly, and have very snobbish attitudes. I also don't window shop. I go there to buy handbags because they are the only high end handbag retailer anywhere near this area. Frankly, I'd rather travel to Georgia and Florida and give them my money first. I've been to Saks several times, always for handbags, and I have ALWAYS been treated poorly. I just don't understand the thought behind treating customers badly. I adore Louis Vuitton handbags, and have made several purchases. It always thrills me to buy a new one, but I DREAD going to the store simply because the associates are so rude. They make the buying experience a nightmare instead of the pleasant joy it should be. Maybe the managers should look into some nicer employees who actually want the job they have and care enough to work hard for it.
