Very Disappointed. Been a customer for about ten years. Always paid my bills when leaving the facility. Now they have a policy that you have to agree to charges that you do not understand before you are even charged. They also make you responsible for fees if appointment cancelled. There is no terms in the paperwork to make them responsible if they give you miss information or cancel without 24 hour notification. We as consumers need to expect professionalism for service professionals. We are the customer they are the service provider. Refuse to sign a form that you can not get a carbon copy.
