I was happy with the install they did on my hot water heater albeit very expensive.
Next time I used them, I ended up not being too happy.
I had them come out to look at the main sewer line and the guy quoted me 6 grand to get a section replaced. After talking to other plumbers in the area, the job B&S recommeneded wasn't neccessary (I could take care of tree roots in drain with routine maintenance) and was overly expensive.
