Comedy of Errors: I had a leaking shower. It took about 10 visits from Karl's and their tile person "Perfection Tile" to "Fix" the problem.
$4,000 poorer & 10 months later...the same shower leaks....
If this system would allow me to give zero stars I would have. One star does not sufficiently express my disappointment
