This company is a total joke. Backorders dating 2 months +. The owner Ken is rude and doesn't know how to handle customers. When my backordered book came in, the Double T ran an expired credit card (because the book had been back ordered for two months) and then when it was declined, let it sit in their store. They never contacted me, even though they have my email, cell phone number and equal contact information for my parents. When I called and asked what the hang up was, Ken was reluctant to talk to me and never once apologized for the inconvenience him, his ignorant employees and his bad business caused me. When I came into the store to pick up this book Ken said nothing. DO NOT do business with this company. Varsity and Red and Black are way better, have better staff and customer service.
