Good: How fast they took my credit card info.. Bad: How after I call the third time they told me dozen roses would be there in 30 min. Two hours later I call back the fourth time and they find out they were still at the flower shop. I ordered these at 9:30 a.m. Now it is 5:00p.m..Hell I could have went and dilivered them my self. Valentine's Day Man I wish I would have just used the $100.00 and took her to eat at a great place.. Improvements: Nothing can fix stupid, The business they were to go to is only like 2 miles away.. Other: Yeah, Use a company that is new, they still care about customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
