Although I had been coming to this salon for several years off and on, lately there has been turnover of staff and deterioration in customer service. Staff are gossiping among themselves, pushing unnecessary products, and ignoring their work and their customers. "Assistants" who do not introduce themselves to clients they are working on, refer to them as "Honey" then proceed to add MORE color to highlights with no explanation….. deplorable. In this economy, one expects high service level and good value. My "highlights " ended up being far too light, resembling more an evening application of home hair color than a salon highlight job... Oh, except for the $275 price tag.
Never again.
