On behalf of the Las Barrancas Home Owners Association and all the families living in that community. I want to take the time to thank you and J.F. Da Pra for your outstanding efforts in the repair and restoration of the 27 homes damaged in the Tea fire of November 13, 2008. In the wake of a disaster of this magnitude the selection of J.F Da Pra was a key decision for the LBHOA. The experience and knowledge of J. F. Da Pra brought to the situation along with the ability to interface with the insurance company as well as the homeowners helped to quickly restore a sense of calm to the community. The development of a unique scope of work for each home and the subsequent negotiations with the insurance adjusters, all while executing the work was a challenging logistical accomplishment. Once underway, your aggressive scheduling and notification system allowed the Owners to be informed which in turn keep the disruption of their homes and lives to a minimum. Again, please know that the families of Las Barrancas and those of us involved in the restoration process appreciated J. F. Da Pra's hard work and the lasting contribution made to the neighborhood. We hope the need for your services in thes capacity will never be required again, but should the need arise; J.F. Da Pra will be the first company we turn to.
