I called to get some information about having some items printed and the lady I spoke with acted like my call was an inconvenience. She was very irritable and rude in her responses. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and drove to The Transfer Connection to place my order. Again, was greeted with irritation. I understand that certain times of the year are busy; however, they are supposed to be there for the customer. The next time I need items printed, I will not give them anymore of my business even if it means driving a distance to get what I want. It's sad that good friendly customer service no longer exists in a small town business such as this.
