Nice grounds, good selection of smaller plants and some larger such as Japanese Maples but when it gets right down to it, many of the plants they grow like Rhododendrons, etc. are substandard at best. They're obviously grown too close together for developing good growing habits. They may have the plant you want but you're going to have to provide serious pruning and care to get it to what it should have been when it was offered for sale. Nursery overall is about quantity, not quality; pricey too. The service? Go elsewhere if you want service. Poor at best, at times rude, knowledge is lacking and from our experience tend to flat out ignore you until you get their attention. It's as though they don't want to be asked for help; perhaps because they just are poorly prepared to provide customer service.
If you really want quality, quantity & customer service then go elsewhere, like Wight's, Molbaks, or if you don't mind a drive, go to Christianson's nursery in La Connor. Skip Flower World; leave it to those who don't know any better.
