It's never fun to be sick when you're away from home. However, Thousand Oaks' Urgent Care department is top notch. I was down in Thousand Oaks for a family visit, the air was thick with smoke for most of the first week, and by that weekend I was really having trouble breathing. I called the office and she made me an immediate appointment. Turns out I had bronchitis, not just smoke-related troubles. I spent a few hours on the infuser/inhaler machine, and felt a lot better, plus they fixed me up with some medications that seem to have nipped the infection in the bud.
