Owner is an arrogant man who doesn't stand behind his work. Try to discuss with him how we were going to handle a problem with a remote starter he put in that didn't work right. Told me it wasn'r his problem then said " I'm busy and left the room!!!! Car didn't work for 3 days because of his work and he wouldn't even offer a discount.
