Good Product/Good Service, but charged me $250 deposit fee, gave me $168 receipt upon return but charged my credit card full $250! I (fortuntely) caught it and called them a week later. Unfortunatley, I was rudely told to contact my credit card company and that it will take two weeks to fix. No apologies and no effort to fix! Unbelievable! I'm gladly warning my neighbors and friends about Village Rental. more

We wish we knew who this customer was so we could contact them and apologize if they were spoken to rudely. We upload and send our credit card transactions daily. After we do that, it is out of our control and up to the individual’s credit card issuer as to when that credit is applied back to their account. Each credit card issuer has their own rules and regulations as to how credits are handled. We can make no effort to fix this with an individual’s credit card company because we are not the owner of their card. We transmit transactions (sales and credits) on the day they happen. Thank you –
