I have been disappointed every time I do anything with Vogue. My husband ordered flowers that were never delivered and he couldn't get his money back from them. They told me they would hold flowers for me once, but they sold them all. I ordered flowers and got the wrong color (burnt orange instead of red, like they claimed). The sales people are always too busy discussing their plans for the weekend to answer customers' questions. They refuse to admit when they have made a mistake and blame the customers (I have seen them do this to other people when I have been in the shop). The prices for some of their flowers are good, but most are higher than what you can find at other places. They make up for the few items with low prices by charging customers for everything else (cards, plastic buckets, used boxes, floral tape, sleeves, etc). I will never be using this company again.
