Purchased a battery there for my Honda Van, battery went dead within the first year! Went back to Honda Craft, they remembered me and said I should get a replacement battery for free from Interstate Battery, after a few days still no battery replacement! however I told them I need the car and the battery in operation, went out of their way to get one nearby and did all the background work to get a replacement from Interstate.
