Took my cat for an exam and everyone was very nice. The vet took time explaining to me what was wrong and took great care of my kitty. I had to call back once and ask a question and the person on the phone was very nice and helpful. Oh, and on the way out, my cat got away from me in the parking lot one of the technicians came out (without me asking) and caught my kitty for me just before he was about to dart out into the road.
