The team was headed by Curtis, and his attentiveness, fairness, honesty, and straight talk was absolutely essential in solving our problems regarding our sewer connection, the pipes in this older home, and the water connection. We had problems that were of long standing, and he and his team solved them. The problems were of such magnitude that anyone else would have thrown up their hands and left, but not Curtis, and not his team. They just kept at it, and have transformed a house that we were considering leaving to a home that we are finally comfortable in. The odors, the septic problems, the water and mold problems seemed insurmountable to us, but these guys are simply the best.
