The sales person, Joel, was very friendly and answered all questions asked. When we debated about the color, he showed another model with a color that we liked more and said that particular color could be ordered and vehicle delivered in a short time, which it was. Joel was very courteous and offered coffee while we waited for paperwork to be completed. Very satisfied with service at Chico VW. Look forward to continued dealing with Chico VW.
