The front desk staff have always been very helpful, and know the area well. If you don't want to walk to town, they can recommend a cab, or will call one for you. the rooms are clean, the beds have good mattresses, the heaters/ac units always work, and they're very costume friendly. The suites have refrigerators and microwaves, which are useful too. And they've just put in wifi (get the password from the front desk) which is the icing on a very satisfactory cake.
