"My wonderful wife got me an early 70th birthday present, a 2011 Subaru Outback LTD. I previously had (and still have) a 2000 Legacy Wagon. I love the Subaru. My experience with Suburban Subaru has been fantastic. John Woodman, our salesman gave us a very good deal and there was absolutely no pressure or gimmicks, either in the sale or the finalization with Jaime Lebron, the Business Manager. No hokus pokus or adding a bunch of stuff on at the last minute. The car was ready for us when promised and I was given a very complete orientation, by my new friend, John Woodman. I have been back to the dealership twice, once to get the initial oil change and once to get body side moldings installed that had been on back order. Both times I made an appointment and was taken care of right away, politely and professionally. The service department took care of me very well and I got my nice clean Subaru to drive home. John also treated me very well each time that I went back, making sure that I was waited on and that I had a cup of coffee to sip on while I waited for my car. Oh yes, we have had a fair amount of snow since I got the car and I have never been in any vehicle that compares to the Subaru in the snow, I could not be happier with both Suburban and Subaru."
