This owner tiled our bathroom in clinton twp, last year. the tile work was "ok" but our shower leaked into our basement after only 2 weeks after completion! I tryed to call the owner doug for 3 months, to find out he was in jail ! Then work release and couldnt drive to come fix problem. When i finally got a hold of him (months later after i hired another contractor to fix shower) He told me he was out of business, and hung up on me. I thought this whole time he was not in business anymore, but i just found him. Cost me another 1600.00 to rip out shower and re-tile
